Shipping Policy

Your item will normally be despatched within seven working days of receipt of order and payment but please allow an additional two days if it is to be personalised.

Delivery to an address within the UK should normally take between three and five working days from despatch and to an overseas address within fourteen days of despatch.

Smaller packages despatched to addresses within the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail, and the larger packages by carrier.

Packages despatched to overseas addresses will be shipped by Royal Mail or carrier depending upon which service is more appropriate.

Any duties or taxes that are payable on overseas shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
